How to increase your collagen levels

Collagen is the guardian of your youth and beauty. We’re gonna tell you how to support its development at a sufficient level - without special injections and beauty injections.

Collagen is the building protein of the organism, and its primary task is to ensure the strength of the connective tissue. It binds the cells together, helping them to stay in the right form. Collagen is presented in different organs, muscles, bones. Every single organ directly depends on it, and therefore your youth as well. How to Increase Collagen Levels Naturally?

Let’s see!

The production of collagen decreases with age. The destruction and synthesis of collagen in the body is a continuous process, but by about 40-45 years its production is almost halved. At this age women begin to notice obvious signs of aging: facial wrinkles become more visible, the oval of the face changes, there appear overhanging eyelid, skin loses tone and elasticity.

Of course, there is a big number of cosmetic methods that allow you to restart the process of collagen synthesis - these include injections of collagen stimulators or hyaluronic acid, biorevitalization, as well as hardware techniques such as laser skin resurfacing, focused ultrasound, RF microneedle lifting.

In addition, the process of collagen synthesis must be restored from the inside, as cosmetology gives only an external transformation.

To get a more comprehensive result, it is necessary to work in several directions.

Pay attention to your DIET

Food should be balanced - it should be dominated by products that promote skin regeneration: these can include citrus, salads, berries, as they contain a large amount of vitamin C, which has antioxidant action.

It is also important to pay attention to products containing animal collagen. These are bone broth, rich OMEGA 3 sea fish, egg yolks - natural source of collagen, pumpkin seeds. It is enough to eat 1-2 chicken eggs a day to get a daily rate of collagen. It is very useful in this regard to arrange at least a couple of times a week fish days.

Taking vitamin complexes and BADS

Not always in the body with food comes a sufficient amount of useful substances it needs. When this does not happen, special supplements help to fill the deficit. For example, vitamin complexes for hair, skin and nails that have omega 3. There are also complexes with collagen. Note that collagen in these drugs can be different: plant, animal or fish.

Depending on the composition, the price and absorption of collagen changes.

It is important to remember that skin and hair improvement does not happen immediately.

Usually , collagen is absorbed where it is needed - for example, in the joints, and the skin remains on the residual principle. In this case, it is necessary to increase the course or repeat it after a while.

Use creams with SPF

The sun's rays, especially active in the summer, change the structure of hyaluronic acid, whose task is to bind collagen and elastin cells.  As a result, after active exposure to the sun, we might be faced with dehydration of the skin (losing hyaluronic acid) and the appearance of wrinkles (losing collagen and elastin).

This process is called photoaging.  To avoid this, it is useful to use BB-cream with SPF, and it is best to do this year-round.

Sport and massage

Active lifestyle positively influences the turgor skin of the body: thanks to sports, the body lifts and leaves cellulite.

This can also include a massage procedure, both hardware and manual: it improves blood circulation, promotes cellular breathing and helps to exfoliate the upper layer of the epidermis, which in turn increases collagen.
