SYNERYS was founded by Yuliya Stecher, whose approach to training grew from years of experience in performance sport, coaching and nutrition.
What began as a personal philosophy of intelligent, structured training has evolved into a private studio supported by a carefully selected team of coaches, yoga teachers and wellness specialists.
Together, they guide clients through personalised programs designed to strengthen the body, restore balance and support long-term wellbeing.

Julia is more than just a trainer I consider her a friend, coach and mentor. She really cares about my body but also my mind and overall health.
